Bought one thing and got stuck with a subscription
I tried to cancel it but every link they gave me is bogus. None of them work. The site is smooche and they're out of West Hollywood, CA 90069. I'm only out $58 but it's the principle of it.
I just wanted to buy one thing. Now I can't get the subscription cancelled and the links go nowhere.
Ordered from Smooche over two weeks ago and still nothing
I've asked for a refund 3 times now and they will not respond. I paid $85 for this. Their website is smooche.com and the email is [email protected]. The address listed is 8605 Santa Monica Boulevard, PMB 44698, West Hollywood, CA 90069. I just want my money back at this point.
Ordered from Smooche and never got the product
Then all of a sudden Smooche responded, but the emails were vague and didn't really say anything. Still no product. There's no phone number to call them either. The communication was absolutely horrible.
I think they're a fraudulent company. The address they list doesn't seem real. I'm out $199.45.

I've spent about $57.95 on this and I just want my money back since they can't even send the product. It's frustrating that they don't have a way to actually talk to someone.
