No tracking number and now they won't answer

I ordered something from smooche.com and paid $160.47. At the time of the order they promised I would get a tracking number. That never happened.

I reached out to them and they gave me some vague excuse and said they would send an update. Of course, no update ever came. Now I've tried contacting them again and they are just not answering at all. Their site says they are at 8605 Santa Monica Boulevard in West Hollywood but I don't know if that's even real. I emailed [email protected] and got nothing back. I just want my money back or the product.

Buy one get one turned into an $84 charge

I placed an order on 8/11, order #1192822, for a product that was $39 plus tax and they were supposed to give me the second one free. Buy one get one. I sent a cancellation email within 5 minutes of placing the order, and then another follow up email like 10 minutes later. There's no phone number to reach them at all.

They replied and charged me for the second one anyway, for $84.44 total. That's when I knew it was a scam. I got an order update from them on 8/14 and I asked again to cancel, then another update on 8/15 and I told them again I don't want the product. I just got my credit card statement and sure enough, they charged me the $84.44. I'm disputing it now. If they send the product anyway, I'm sending it back unopened.

Just want to warn everyone to stay away from this company. Buyer beware!!

Ordered foundation two weeks ago and still nothing from Smooche

I ordered color changing foundation from them at a bogo price. All I got was 2 emails saying the tracking # would be sent in another email when it was generated. That was 2 weeks ago. I sent 2 more emails after that and they just ghosted me.

Nothing. No responses and no products. The last email I got from them was on 7/29/26 and there's been nothing since. I really wish this had been real because I was excited about the deal. Beware of this company. I've included the last email they ever sent me. I'm out 49 dollars and I just want people to know.
