Ordered foundation two weeks ago and still nothing from Smooche

I ordered color changing foundation from them at a bogo price. All I got was 2 emails saying the tracking # would be sent in another email when it was generated. That was 2 weeks ago. I sent 2 more emails after that and they just ghosted me.

Nothing. No responses and no products. The last email I got from them was on 7/29/26 and there's been nothing since. I really wish this had been real because I was excited about the deal. Beware of this company. I've included the last email they ever sent me. I'm out 49 dollars and I just want people to know.
