Charged 3 times for buy one get one foundation

I ordered foundation from Smooche.con, it was supposed to be buy one get one free for 39.99. But I got charged $39.99 three separate times instead. I emailed them three times and never heard back. Their site says they respond within 24 hours but that never happened. I couldn't find any phone number for them either. The charges already went through my bank. Such a scam.
