Charged for three items but only got two

I ordered product "A" from their website but hadn't finished paying for it yet. While I was on there, the site suggested I add product "B" which had different features. So I added it, thinking I was ordering two separate things. Turns out product "B" is just an upgraded version of "A" with the extra feature already included.

What I ended up getting in the mail was two of the upgraded version, so basically product "B" and "C". But when I looked at my credit card bill later, I saw they charged me for all three – "A", "B", and "C". I called them up to talk about the mistake and how the ad was misleading. They didn't answer for over 20 minutes. When someone finally picked up, they said I could send the extra one back but I'd have to pay for shipping myself. I didn't even know about the third charge until I checked my statement, so we never even got to talk about that.
