Bought wrenches on Facebook and then got blocked

I bought some wrenches from Boston Garcia on Facebook. Paid him the 260 dollars and he said he would ship them. The very next day he messages me saying my package was being held. He gave me a phone number for the shipper so I called it. The person on the other end was really strange and not professional at all. Didn't make any sense.

Then I get a text from this shipper asking for another 150 dollars for insurance to release my package. I tried to get a hold of Boston again but he just blocked me. I went to the administrator of the Snap tools Facebook group to see if they could help me sort it out. Instead of helping, they blocked me too and removed me from the group. So now I'm out the money and don't have any wrenches.
