No company info on credit card charge

I saw a charge for $9.99 on my credit card statement that I didn't recognize. I went to their website, SNOUTVIO.com, and asked them what it was for. They wouldn't give me a straight answer, just kept saying to use it as credits in their store.

Then I noticed another charge for $49.94. So I called them at (844) 558-1064 this time. The woman on the phone couldn't tell me anything about it either. I tried the online chat again after that and it was the same thing, just telling me to use the credits. No refund. They are located in Miami, FL. I'm just going to cancel my credit card now.
