Lawn company did not cut grass when scheduled

I hired this company called Snow and Lawn to cut my grass and they just did not come when they were supposed to. I had to call them several times every single time. They also did not edge part of the yard that they were supposed to do and I always had to call and ask them about it.

They did not come out several times. The lawn service did not cut my grass when they were scheduled to do so and they made a bunch of excuses. I had to call them all the time several times. It was $2000 and they still did not do what they were supposed to do.
