Double charged through Shop and Affirm with no refund

I used my debit card through Shop and charged it to my Affirm personal card loan. Then Affirm gave a new card number to Sntchx and now they have double dipped into my bank account. Neither one will give my money back. Affirm gave out a protected debit card number and I'm stuck dealing with both of them pointing fingers.
