Ordered one thing from snugglewarm.com but got something much cheaper

I placed an order on the website snugglewarm.com. When the package arrived, it wasn't the product I paid for at all. What they sent me was a much cheaper, lower quality version of the item I actually ordered. It was just a similar-looking item, but definitely not what was advertised. I spent $68 on this.

Ordered a heated electric throw but got a regular blanket

I ordered a wearable heated electric throw from Snugglewarm.com. I paid $59.99 for it. What I got was just a simple throw blanket. There's no electric part in it for heat. It's just a regular blanket. The website is Snugglewarm.com and the contact email is [email protected]. The address they list is 9720 Wilshire Blvd in Beverly Hills. The phone number is (424) 441-8184. I spent my money on what was supposed to be a heated product and got something completely different.
