Paid for social media boost and they undid the order

I paid $56.48 to SocialBoosting for social media services. The website is socialboosting.com and their email is [email protected]. They claim to boost your social network but after I paid they fulfilled the order and then immediately undid it. So I got charged for services that were not provided.

I reached out to them about it. They said they were fixing the issue but then never replied back. I never got an updated response and I never got a refund.

I just want my money back at this point.
