Website said Opera Winfrey backed it but no weight loss

I found this product SODATIDE on the website sodatide.com. It said it was supported by Opera Winfrey for weight loss. I paid $1700 and lost nothing except my money.

They charged my credit card under the name BUYGOODS.IO. When I asked for a refund they said they would only give me back 45%. They promised a full refund but that is not what happened.

I accepted the 45% offer because I was afraid I would not get anything back at all.
