Ordered paraffin oil and never got a straight answer about shipping
I sent another email the same day asking when they were going to ship it. Got a reply on September 8th that was no different from the first one, no clear answer at all. On September 12th I asked for my money back. They responded saying it would be really hard to do that since it's being prepared for shipment and entering the processing stage.
I emailed back saying I don't believe it's in the processing stage, it was supposed to be in processing on September 1st. I asked for a refund again. Haven't heard anything back since. I contacted my bank and I'm going in to file a merchant dispute. Lost $114.28.
