Ordered from Solbrace on Instagram and now stuck with item

I saw this company advertised on Instagram and probably TikTok too. I placed an order and got it but now I'm trying to return one item. The site says to contact [email protected] and they would give me instructions on how to do the return. Its been 2 weeks now and no response at all.

Had I known they were out of Hong Kong I never would have ordered. They advertise as solbrace.us but my items came from Hong Kong which is really misleading. At this point I don't even need the refund anymore I just want people to know about this company. Lost $15 on this.
