Someone filed a huge insurance claim for supplies I never ordered

I got a notice from my insurance Aetna that Soma Medical Inc filed a claim for $11,433.40 for one month of medical supplies. The claim got denied thank god but I had to deal with the headache of figuring out what it was.

We have been getting our supplies from a different company for over two years now and it costs way less. I never ordered anything from Soma Medical Inc and I have no idea how they got my insurance info. Just feels wrong.
