Ordered from Sonic-brush.net and my order does not exist

I ordered an item from Sonic Brush and I still haven't received it. Every time I try to find out what's going on with it, they tell me my order doesn't exist. It's really frustrating because I know I placed the order.

On top of that, it keeps directing me to another company and made me download their app called Shop on my phone. I don't want to use that app and I don't want to give them any of my information. That's why I think this is a scam.

Also there are no states or cities listed for Sonic Brush. Just a phone number 1(985) 257-7280 and a website Sonic-brush.net.
