Dress from Soo Linen looked nothing like the picture
I emailed their support team at [email protected] about it. They basically told me they can't do returns because they don't have a US address to send stuff back to. Instead of a refund, they offered me 15% of the product cost back or a gift card for 40%. I didn't want either of those, I paid $133 for this thing and wanted my money back.
They finally gave me an address in Shenzhen, China to mail it to. I checked and it would cost me over $100 just to ship it back there. It's ridiculous. I feel like they shouldn't be allowed to sell to people in the US if they can't handle returns properly.
