Website took extra charges after my husband ordered

My husband placed an order with SP Marvenne. After that they communicated almost daily, telling us how to take care of the product and where they were with making it. Then they charged our card $35 twice. Zoe got back to us and said the charge was a mistake and she would reverse both charges, and that it would take one month. We have disputed all three charges with our credit card.
