They keep charging me every month and won't cancel

I ordered something from this company SP NUTRAVA and now they just keep refilling it every single month. I didn't sign up for any subscription or at least I didn't think I did. It's 58.00 every month and I've tried and tried to cancel.

I called the number on my statement which is (888) 934-5227 and I can't get anywhere with them. They just keep taking the money out. I've lost about 116 dollars total so far because I couldn't stop it after the first time.

I don't know what else to do. I just want them to stop charging me. It's not right that they keep doing this when I've asked them to cancel multiple times.
