Paid for an E-bike and never got it or my money back

On October 26, 2025 I saw this E-bike advertised online by Sp Shecurves for $99.99 so I paid for it with my Cash app card. They then told me they couldn't send the bike and would refund my money to my Cash app.

I never got the bike and I never got my refund. I emailed them multiple times and no reply. I tried calling and their phone is out of service. Cash app keeps denying my claim and won't investigate it at all. So I think I been scammed out of $99.99 by Sp Shecurves and Cash app isn't helping me at all.
