Slippers I ordered on Facebook never came

I ordered slippers on Facebook on 9/24 and never got them. I was charged $13.94 and since then they keep trying to charge my card for $37.99 or $30.44. This is a fraudulent attack on my Apple Pay card.

I have multiple emails from them and they just responded at 12:04 am. They attempt to charge my card on a regular basis and I cannot get them to stop. I called the phone number and the lady said she was a real estate company.

I attached my Apple Cash charge screenshot.
