App ad for cleaning iPhone speakers keeps trying to bill me

I saw an ad for this app that said it would use sound to clean out the speakers on my iPhone. I downloaded it and used it one time. Right after that I tried to unsubscribe because I didn't want it.

But they never stopped trying to bill me for 29.99. I keep getting charged or they keep trying. I just wanted to use it once and be done. Now I can't get them to stop.
