Called about a bill but they said I misdialed

I tried calling Spectrum about a bill I got. The number on the bill was misleading on purpose I think. I was just trying to see about a product I didn’t even need. When I called, the person said they were a different company and that I had misdialed. But I didn’t misdial. I know what number I called.

They got really aggressive about it. Wouldn’t give me the correct phone number for Spectrum no matter what I said. I had already given them some personal information before I realized something was off. I feel dumb about it now. The address on the bill says solutions Inc, Orlando, FL 32835. I just wanted to talk to Spectrum and got this runaround instead.
