Bought a car from Instagram page with fake dealer license

I found this page on Instagram, speedway.autollc, and they seemed legit. They had cars posted and everything. I contacted them about a car and they said it was ready to go. The address they gave me was P O box 365, Brentwood, CA 94513.

I sent them $2100 for the car. They said they were a dealer and had a license and all that. But when I got the car, there was no smog on it at all. And I looked into their dealer license and it's fake. Just pretend.

I tried to get my money back but no luck. They blocked me after I asked about the smog. I'm out 2100 bucks and stuck with a car that can't pass smog. This whole thing was a scam from the start.
