Odd package from Montebello address with a bra inside

I got a delivery I wasn't expecting from 1215 E Washington Blvd in Montebello, CA 90640. I've seen that address mentioned as a scamming site before. I had ordered something from a third party Chinese company through ******* recently. The tracking showed it sitting in Montebello CA for several days. I ended up cancelling the delivery and got a refund through *******.

Then today this random package shows up with a bra inside. I never ordered a bra. It was delivered by SpeedX IGD, shipping number *****************. I don't know why this came to me or what it has to do with my cancelled order, but it doesn't make sense.
