Fake garden supply site listed on Google search

I used Google to find a supplier for TZone SE Herbicide and some garden seeds. This site spencegroup.ca came up and it looked pretty real so I made an account and gave them my credit card info. When I tried emailing them for an update the email wouldn't go thru. That's when I knew it was a scam and I cancelled my mastercard. Now I'm stuck dealing with Mastercard because it's been over 90 days and I can't get my money back. I lost $162.56. I blame Google for allowing a fake site on their platform.
