Ordered bowls from a Facebook video and got something totally different
I bought the bowls on May 3 2026. There was a buy 2 get one free deal and I paid extra $12 for a mystery item. On May 21 2026 I got an email saying they were being mailed. I never got the package until months later. The shipment was showing as coming from China so I was already skeptical they'd be handmade and good quality.
When I finally got it, it was two SpinBerry bowls that looked nothing like the photo. Both are solid green and obviously manufactured. I paid for a blue and green one and never got a blue one. I never got the free bowl or the mystery item I paid for either.
