Won money on casino site but can't get the gift card payout
Built my total up to 67.32 and was told I needed 100.00 to cash out but there was a 10.00 minimum for a gift card. Tried that and got as far as the page saying "Lets Go" to prizeout for gift card redemption and it just stops there. That was a week ago. Tried again today and still nothing. I tried every day.
Contacted Live Chat again and was told the gift card was unavailable. Asked if they could just put it on my account on file and they said no, that I could wait for the card or keep playing to get to 100.00. Soon as I said that, offers to buy coin packages started popping up on my screen.
