Pre-order shorts never came and refund disappeared

I ordered 3 pairs of shorts from a pre-order back on June 10. When the time came that they were supposed to arrive, I checked on my order and she never replied. I sent messages too and still nothing.

Now it's September and I have no shorts and no communication from her at all. I asked for a refund and she sent it, but then it disappeared from my account. Lost $50 on this.
