Calls about my info but they won't say who they are

This company named SRS called me and my dad. They asked to speak to me about "information regarding me" but when my dad asked them why they needed me, how they got his number, or even what SRS stands for, they wouldn't answer. They just hung up on him multiple times.

They also left this number in a voicemail, 214-429-4509. The caller ID showed (970) 410-9184. I have no idea what this is about or who these people are. They won't give any details at all.
