Credit card application for a business I don't own

I got a credit card application in the mail for S&S Finish Carpentry sent to my home address. I don't have this business. Never have. So my address is being used by them for something.

I tried to look into it and there's a phone number (417) 631-2229 and an address in St. Louis, MO tied to this. I don't know these people. This is a fraudulent business using my address and I'm pretty sure it's a scam.

I wanted to report it to Ecautious.com so other people can be warned about this.
