Job interview led to $10,000 credit card charge

I saw an ad and clicked on it, then got a phone call right after. They interviewed me on the spot for the position which felt a little strange but I went with it. They told me I needed to charge a credit card to get started and if I did it for 60 days and followed all of the qualifications, I would get my refund and they would pay the credit card company.

So I did exactly what they said. I completed the full 60 days and was fully compliant with every single thing they asked. When I finished, they never gave me my commission that I did make. And I still have not received the refund. I've talked to some other people who said they haven't gotten it either, even three months later. That's $10,000 I put on my card.
