Site took my debit twice and support wants full card number
When you try to get support on their website it's really hard to find anyone. And when you finally do connect with someone they ask for your whole card number. I said no, that's not happening. Then they asked what company my browser shows. Like what does that even mean?
They're located in CT, USA but that doesn't help me much. I just want my money back and I can't get anywhere with them.
