Dozens of calls about selling my home in Camarillo

I keep getting dozens of calls from different numbers, all saying they're with Starlight, either Homes or Properties, I can't keep track. They claim they have some sterling record with Ecautious.com in Upland, California and they want to know if I'm willing to sell my home. My home is in Camarillo, CA, not Upland, so that part doesn't even make sense to me.

I tell them no every time but they just keep calling. One of the numbers was (805) 398-9910. I looked it up and Google says this scam works by getting you to accept a low-ball bid, then they try to find a buyer at a higher price without ever actually buying your home first.

I haven't lost any money but the calls won't stop and I want it on record.

I too have gotten at least 30 calls. I'm on the do not call list and have asked each time to be removed. Today I played along. They want people who will commit within 30 days. They are a buy and hold company so they become huge property owners and lease the properties from what I can tell. If you look up Prime Home Buyers, it's the same website, the same testimonials. The two guys who own that company own multiple real estate related companies and oddly enough not ONE of THEIR phone numbers work. I am sure the calls we are getting are from a call center in the Philippines. Upland has no business license on file for Starlight. Their phone # on their website does not work. Prime Home Buyers - same thing - phone # does not work.
