Called about Starlink switch after my internet got suspended

This guy named Roger called me from (866) 412-1124 saying he was with Starlink but also said they were part of Fire Fly internet. He told me my prior internet service had been suspended for six months so I had to switch to Starlink. I told him it wasn’t my fault someone got into my internet. I asked to speak to a manager and when he came back he said there was nothing they could do for me to keep my Fire Fly service.

After that I tried calling them to cancel. They would pick up, put me on hold, then hang up. I tried 4 times and same thing every time. I already lost 150 dollars over this.
