Call saying I won $300,000 and a truck from a lottery I never entered

A man called me saying his name was Fred Metico and he was the Prize Director with Stars Lottery in Saskatoon. He told me there was a bonus lottery and I was the second prize winner. I supposedly won $300,000 and a truck, and he said the truck would be delivered today. He asked if I would be available for drop off and explained it would come on a trailer.

But then he said I needed to cover the cost of towing. I told him I never bought a ticket. He said it was from a bonus lottery and my name was entered at some store. He gave me a prize confirmation number and a PCC code. He said I need 3 forms of ID for the tow truck driver to release the vehicle. He told me to buy a JOKER prepaid card for $400 to pay the towing company. I asked what number I could call to verify all this, and he gave me 306-912-1194.

His email was [email protected]. I didn't pay anything but this whole thing seemed off.
