Man keeps calling about $300 in benefits I never asked about

This guy named Jacob keeps calling me saying he works for some state relief program. He says I have around $300 in benefits waiting for me. He calls from (251) 206-8653 and also from other numbers too.

I didn't ask for this. He just keeps calling over and over. I never gave him any information or anything. It feels like phishing honestly. I just want him to stop calling me.
