Package held for 49 cents postage due and no return address

Got a notice from my local post office saying a package was being held because I owed 49 cents in postage. I went in and paid it in cash just to get the thing.

When I opened it up, I couldn't even tell what it was supposed to be. No packing slip, no note, nothing that made sense. The address on the label was Ste 313 20 Haypress Rd in Cranbury, NJ.

I didn't order anything from there. Just a weird waste of time and 49 cents.
