Phone call saying I owed a debt from 20 years ago

I got a call from 360-206-5098 saying I needed to sign documents today between 1:00 and 5:00 PM. They said the documents would be delivered in person to my current address. I asked what it was about and they told me they couldn't give me any information, but I should call 888-603-1369 for details.

So I called that number and the person answered as Steinberg & Associates. He said he was trying to collect an unresolved debt from 20 years ago or more. Then he said if I refused to sign the documents, a lien would be placed on the property at my current residence.

I told him to do what he had to do because I wasn't signing anything.
