Investment property pitch with monthly payments that never came

I was contacted about investing in property. The pitch was that I would get monthly distributions, and after 5 years the property would be sold and I would get my percentage based on deeded ownership. There was also a vacation promise that never got fulfilled.

I tried to reach them at (661) 678-5436 and emailed [email protected]. The address on file is 1436 2nd St #110, Napa, CA 94559. Communication just broke down. Nobody got back to me about the distributions or the vacation thing.

I didn't lose any money yet but the whole thing feels off.
