Ordered shoes from Sterling Legacy and no shipping info

I ordered shoes from their online storefront and got a confirmation email. That was it. Ten days later there's still no shipping info.

I tried contacting them and left a message, also sent an email. Nothing back. All the links in the original confirmation email go nowhere, which is pretty frustrating. I'm out $94.99 and have no idea if the shoes are ever coming.
