Ordered from TikTok ad and nothing ever came

I found this brand on TikTok and went to their website to order the product. They said it was shipped but it never got delivered. They sent me a link from Shop to track it but it looked weird so I never let it go all the way through. 2 months have gone by now. When I email them for an update they say they will get back to me within 24 hours but they don't. I spent $70 on this.
