They took my money then said the item was digital
Then after that they told me it was digital. That didn't make any sense to me because that's not what I ordered. The website didn't say anything about it being digital when I paid.
I tried reaching out to them at [email protected] but I didn't get anywhere. The phone number they have is (501) 488-6258. I just want my money back. I didn't lose a ton but still, it's the principle. They shouldn't be switching up what you're buying after they already have your payment.
