Stop Watt product did not lower my power bill at all

I bought this product from Stop Watt because they say it will reduce your power bill by half. I ordered it in May and put in 4 of them just like the instructions said.

I have not seen any decrease in my power bill. Not even a little. I feel like this was a total waste of my money, about $200. I tried to reach out but I'm not getting anywhere with them.
