YouTube ad clothes won't fit and no way to return them
I've been trying to find some way to return or exchange them but there's nothing. I found an email [email protected] and after digging around forever I found a phone number (800) 279-7513. I called several times a day for over a week and just got a voicemail saying to call back later.
Today somebody actually picked up but they told me they work for a different company and gave me the same email I've already been using. So here I am leaving this complaint. I lost $35 on this. My advice is never buy anything from YouTube ads. SCAM!
Sent different pants than what I ordered
I went back and forth with them for a long time about it. They said if I sent them $8, they would send another pair. But I didn't trust that it wouldn't be the same junk they sent me the last time. They refused to help me after that.
So I called my credit card company and they went back on them. They told me to keep all the correspondence and pictures I had sent to the company. I will not ever order from them or anyone like them again.
