Ordered tactical pants and tracking said delivered but post office had nothing

I found this website selling tactical pants and ordered some from my phone. I got an email confirming the order with an order number, so it seemed legit at the time. Then I got tracking info with a tracking number.

Eventually the tracking said my order was delivered to my U.S. Post Office. So I went there and they had no record of it at all. I paid $41.88 and never got anything. So I guess I got scammed.
