Online order came as flat piece of plexiglass

I ordered something from this email, [email protected]. The pictures on the site looked really good, 3 dimensional and detailed. I paid 31 dollars and some change for it.

When the package finally showed up, it was just a flat piece of plexiglass. Not even close to what they showed. Just a flat piece. I couldn't believe it.

There was no way to contact them about it either. The email just bounced back. I'm out the money and stuck with this useless piece of plastic.
