Sweater photo looked nice but what came was cheap fleece

I ordered a knit sweater based on the photo. It looked really nice in the picture. What showed up was cheap fleece with a bad copy of the design printed on it. The print was fuzzy and faint, nothing like what was advertised.

The address on the package was 5215 S Boyle Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90058. I lost $53.96 on this. I tried reaching out through the email [email protected] but nothing came of it. Just want people to know what they're actually getting.
