Facebook ad for stride pad with no tracking updates

I saw this ad on Facebook selling a stride pad and it said you would get a bunch of free stuff with it for $49.99. So I went ahead and ordered it. About four days later they tried to take $39.99 out of my Apple Cash account twice. Good thing there was nothing on there or they would have gotten that too.

I did get a tracking number and it goes to some China tracking site but the package info hasn't changed or updated since 7/13. I've emailed the contact on their website a bunch of times and nobody ever writes back. I even tried to dispute it with Apple Support but they said it doesn't qualify. So I'm just out the $49.99 I guess.
