Letter pretending to be about federal student loans

I got this letter in the mail saying it was a “final notice” to consolidate and reduce my loans. It looks like it’s from the federal student aid department but something felt off. They wanted me to call and set up an appointment, and they were asking for my info.

I googled it before doing anything and found alerts about this same thing on here. Just wanted to say it’s still going around. What really bothers me is they knew exactly how much student loan debt I have left. That part is scary.
