Dress from styledbysusan.com looks nothing like the photos

I ordered a dress from styledbysusan.com based on the photos and description on their website. It cost me $55.95. When it showed up, it was not the same dress at all. The design didn't match the listing, the material was different, and the tie that was shown on the website was just missing entirely.

I asked them for a refund and they won't give me one. Instead they want me to send them even more money just to return it. So now I'm stuck with a dress I can't wear and I'm out the money I already paid.
